Orthopaedic Background:

 Mr Bansal has been a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon since
2004, based at Sunderland Royal Hospital, specialising in mainly foot and
ankle, knee and hand surgery. Mr Bansal qualified from Newcastle
University Medical School in 1994, and prior to becoming a Consultant has
been extensively trained in the North East with additional specialist training
on fellowships in Bristol and America.
